What does move-out cleaning cost?
You get a fixed price in advance based on the number of rooms, for example from CHF 810 for 3.5 rooms. Balcony, cellar and attic are included. So there are no surprises on the invoice.
What do you need for a quote?
Place, number of rooms, handover date and whether a balcony, cellar or attic is included. Photos help but are not a must.
How early should I ask?
Ideally 2 to 4 weeks before the handover date. Dates at the end of March, June and September go quickly.
How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on size and condition. A normal flat is usually done in one day, large flats take longer. We explain the schedule in the quote.
What if the landlord finds a fault?
Then our handover guarantee applies: we fix any cleaning faults free of charge.
When do I pay?
Half when you confirm the order, the other half only after the landlord has accepted the flat.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. We only need a key or a time for the handover.
What do I need to prepare?
The flat should be empty, with electricity and water. Filling holes, repairs and painting are not part of the cleaning.
Do you also work in Basel-Landschaft?
Yes. We clean throughout Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, for example in Riehen, Allschwil, Binningen, Muttenz and Liestal.
